Terms and Conditions Overview

- Please choose an apartment suitable for you.
- Enter the dates of your stay in the BOOKNOW form and SEND it to us.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours with the availability of the apartment and similar options in case it is not free.
- After your confirmation we wiil book it for you.

* All apartments are located at 5 up to 10 minutes' walking distance from the Meeting Point.
* Please contact Vitosha Apartments in advance with information for your time of scheduled arrival, in order to organize for
  you accommodation in the best posible way.
* Check-in is done at the address which will be given in advance.

- Check-out time: 09:00 - 12:00.
- Late check-in: (after 19:00) - 10 Euro.
- Late check-out - 50% of the daily price.
- VAT (20%) is not included.

Payment:
- No deposit  needed.
- The payment is done upon arrival in cash (EUR or BGN) or by credit card (VISA and MASTER).
- There is a bank surcharge commission of 4% if paying by credit card. (for American Express only).
- Figures shown indicate prices per apartment per night.
- Please enquire for rates for longer stays.

Cancellation :
- if cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, cancellation will be free of charge.
- if cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will required.

All children are welcome:

- Baby beds are free of charge on request.
- All children above 8 years old are charged EUR 10 per night for sofa bed.

Pets:
- Pets are allowed on request.
